Creating a New Style Sheet from a Template

Using the New Style Sheet dialog (File-->New,[CTRL+SHIFT+n], you can create a new style sheet from a template. Select the template you want to use, or add new templates by clicking the New Template button and browsing to find an existing CSS file.
